Preparation & admission.
We welcome adult learners from diverse educational, professional and cultural backgrounds who are willing to complete readings and assessments, participate thoughtfully and respect the learning community.
You may register for a later course while progressing through the earlier courses. Tell us whether you have completed, are studying or have registered for each prerequisite. The Institute reviews this information against its records; required courses must be completed before the next course starts.
Provide your contact details, prerequisite status and earlier cohort information.
The Institute reviews your preparation and confirms any outstanding steps.
Review the confirmed schedule, final handbook, financial policies and enrollment agreement.
Complete the agreed tuition payment after acceptance and review.

Study, participate, ask questions.
Virtual learning
Prepare for online classes with a reliable internet connection, a suitable device and access to the course materials. Live discussion, lesson presentations, reading and educational case examples support learning. Recording availability and access periods will be confirmed for each cohort.
Assessment
Learning may be assessed through quizzes, written examinations, reading assignments, participation, presentations and case analysis. The syllabus will specify assessment methods, grading thresholds and deadlines.
Attendance
Regular attendance and preparation matter. Attend on time, complete assigned reading and participate respectfully. Minimum attendance and any make-up arrangements will be stated before enrollment.
Support & access
Raise learning difficulties or accommodation needs with the Institute before your course begins where possible. Contact onlineclass@liferx.us for course support, admissions questions or to request an accommodation discussion. Avoid sending personal health information by email.
A pathway to completion.
The program’s completion pathway requires all three core courses, passing grades, required academic assessments, attendance and applicable administrative requirements. Exact thresholds and the final certificate title will be confirmed in the approved handbook.
A completion certificate records educational achievement. This program does not itself confer professional licensure or authority to diagnose, prescribe, perform acupuncture or provide independent clinical care. Electives and workshops do not replace the required core courses.
A respectful learning community.
Treat classmates and instructors with dignity and respect across cultural, religious and philosophical differences.
Submit original work, acknowledge sources and follow the instructor’s guidance on AI-assisted assignments.
Protect confidentiality. Use fictional or appropriately anonymized cases and avoid sharing identifiable health information in class or registration messages.
Ask permission before recording or sharing classes and learning materials.
Recognize the boundaries of educational case studies and your level of preparation.
Discuss routine learning concerns with your instructor where appropriate. Serious safety, harassment or misconduct concerns should be raised directly with administration. Email onlineclass@liferx.us to request contact with administration. The final handbook will describe complaint review and disciplinary procedures.
