Submitting a registration does not confirm admission or a place. The Institute reviews prerequisites before acceptance. You will receive the final schedule, student policies and enrollment agreement before payment. No payment is collected on this form.

Tuition: $1,350 per course. Any installment arrangement requires separate written approval; online installments are not currently available.
